Cloud IPTV uses only the information reasonably needed to process orders, provide access, answer support requests and keep the service secure. This policy applies to information received through our website, WhatsApp, email and customer support.

1. Information we may receive

The information involved depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • your name, email address, phone number or WhatsApp number;
  • your selected plan, payment method, coupon and order history;
  • messages, device type and troubleshooting information you choose to send;
  • basic technical records such as browser type, approximate location from an IP address, access time and security events.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not required for your order or support request.

2. How information is used

We use information to confirm and activate purchases, provide setup instructions, respond to questions, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain records, improve our website and meet legal obligations.

Where consent is required for a particular use, you may withdraw it. Other processing may be needed to perform an order, protect legitimate service interests or comply with law.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with service providers that help us operate communications, hosting, security or payment services. They receive only what is reasonably needed for their role.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect customers or our systems, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Payments

Card, PayPal and cryptocurrency transactions are handled through the payment option agreed during order confirmation. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. Cloud IPTV does not ask customers to send full card numbers or security codes through the website, WhatsApp or email.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our pages may use essential browser storage to remember interface choices and make features work. Hosting or security services may also create technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not use browser storage to obtain information from other websites.

You can clear or block storage in your browser, although parts of the site may then lose saved preferences.

6. Retention

Order and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent repeated abuse and satisfy accounting or legal requirements. Different record types may have different retention periods. Data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practical.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on local law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of personal information associated with you. You may also object to certain uses or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

Send a request from the email or phone number connected with your order so we can verify it safely. We may retain limited records where the law permits or requires us to do so.

8. Security and international services

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to limit unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Service providers may operate in different countries. Where information crosses borders, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements appropriate to the information involved.

Children

Cloud IPTV is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their location. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has supplied information without proper permission.

9. Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy when our service or legal responsibilities change. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or through our report page.
